I normally don't check voice mail in the shower. But when Verizon sent me its water-resistant G'zOne Type-V cell phone, I couldn't resist. The Casio-made flip phone, which is also shock-resistant, will appeal to campers and extreme-sports enthusiasts who are tough on their gear.
The G'zOne even will take a dunking without croaking, provided the headset and charging ports are covered. I tested this in a water-filled kitchen container; no problem. You can take photos underwater with a built-in 2-megapixel camera (which also works on dry land), too.
